A Unique Wedding Experience!
The wedding of Jell & Martini in Damansara Perdana was quite an experience. I mean throw in Christian wedding traditions, gospel music, a sekolah menengah kind of dewan, bahasa malaysia sermon and exchange of vows and a whole lot of orang asli. That was the adventure we had this evening and it was quite unforgettable! It was simple, tastefully decorated and the atmosphere was just pure carnival. These people came all the way from their interior villages and it was simply evidence of the rapport and close support these Pastors working among the OA have.

Now we know why the Ultrasharp 2407WFP dissappeared off Dell’s site… as anyone could have guessed, the 2408WFP is the replacement and it started showing up today, sans any rebates or discounts. Good is that it supports 110% gamut and better contrasts ratio but it’s still a W-CCFL backlight vs a LED backlit option. It does sport a displayport connector though.

Interestingly, Sigma’s APS-C sensor compact is staring to become at least order-able and not the vapor-ware that it was. I wonder how the other camera manufacturers will react. I guess time will tell if there’s a market for this type of products. I, for one, would be in the market for such a camera but at this moment, the price is about $100 over the mark. A $699 price tag is much easier to swallow – plus also perhaps a 28-70 lens to boot rather than the fixed lens. If you’d like to buy one, click here.
