Changing the rules of the game!

From Vincent Laforet’s Blog entry on the 5D Mark II… Looks like I might have to pre-order one to get it!

icon_ltgray_open_quote I had it in my hands for less than 72 hours before I had to send it back – but the time I did have with a prototype of the Canon EOS 5D MKII will possibly change the path of my career as well as the photography industry to some degree. icon_ltgray_close_quote

icon_ltgray_open_quote I shot one still with a 400mm 2.8 of a silhouette of a woman…. a beautiful woman – a model – and you could literally count the hairs on her face in a full head profile… at 3200 ASA -with close to ZERO noise… this camera is STUNNING – I’m not throwing around expletives needlessly here… icon_ltgray_close_quote

That is no moon…

A famous quote from a famous movie line 🙂
Well, this moon teaser ad has been mooning Canon fans all over up to the point of a bunch of people have been grabbing screen shots, seeing the difference, changing the levels, decompiling the flash. Whatever. Some people detest the ad campaign, others think it’s brilliant. Hopefully the suspense ends soon… like today or tomorrow 🙂
