When you get on to the onramp of life, welcome to the real world. Cars whizzing by, some going faster, some going slower. After a while, the cars around you get familar, you remember that black sedan cruising steadily or that red sports car overtaking you over and over again. These are the familar faces in our life. Some choose to pull into the next rest stop, some continue driving on. At the rest stop, we meet more different cars. Some have been there for quite a while, some just a quick stop. Likewise, in some rest stops, we’re hardly there for couple of minutes. In another stop, we linger on. At different stretches of the highway, we have different companions. Sometimes, we drive solo. Afterall, there are many routes on the highway of life and it’s the journey, not the destination that matters. Once in a while, at a fork in the road, we find someone to fall in love with. Some people avoid that road while others speed into it. Among all the routes on the highway of life, remember to sometimes stop along the way, take the unfamilar road and when the onramp to the highway called love appears by surprise, get on it. It’s worth the miles even if you run out of gas halfway or you get engine trouble. Some highways are more scenic than others…
