Stuff, trip plans, Burma 2004 and all that kinda stuff

With D-2 at this point in time, it’s the final home stretch before we all leave our comfortable cubicles in Menara Maybank. Career-wise, the road ahead has fallen away from view and it’s all new territory right now. I feel like quoting my favorite line from Dante’s Inferno but not now.

Well, on the road map is my Burma trip 2004. It covers way more places that our last ad-hoc trip. The itinery covers Bagan, Mandalay (for Mingun), Heho (Inle Lake), Kalaw hill station and then finally to Thandwe for Ngapali beach. I’ll post a bit more on the locations, where we’re staying and all that as well as my packlist again as usual…

BTW, tomorrow is September 11. Let’s observe a moment of silence, and then perhaps light a candle to the victims. Also, let us not forget the Jakarta bombing just yesterday.
